Salon Policies
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies before your appointment. These guidelines cover bookings, cancellations, no-show, and lateness — designed to help us provide you with the highest level of care and professionalism at Kulör Hair Creations.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, out of respect for our time and other clients’ time, we kindly ask for at least 5 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will incur a charge of 20% of the scheduled service fee. In the case of a no-show, a 40% charge will apply.
Punctuality Policy
Clients are also expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may impact the quality of your service and delay following appointments. Out of consideration for all guests, appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive too late to complete the service in the remaining time. We highly appreciate your punctuality.
Additional Charges Policy
To ensure fairness and transparency, services that exceed three hours in duration will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour for the full duration of the service. This allows us to properly account for the time, expertise, and resources required to deliver exceptional results. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a high standard of care for all our guests.
Extended Service Time Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and to honor the time reserved for each guest, all services exceeding 3 hours in duration—including bridal packages—require a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total and in the case of a no-show the $50 deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to helping us provide a seamless experience for all clients.
Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with the result of your service, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of your original appointment. We’ll be happy to welcome you back for a complimentary adjustment to ensure your hair reflects your vision and our standards of excellence.
Service Agreement Policy for Specialized Treatments
Please note that for certain specialized services—such as color correction, full relooking, major style transformations, or high-investment treatments that may require multiple sessions—clients will be asked to sign a service agreement. This document is designed to clearly outline the scope of the service, set realistic expectations, and ensure mutual understanding between the client and the stylist. It serves to protect both parties and to support a smooth, professional, and transparent salon experience.
